Our Roots
Rustling Aspen Farm is a diverse small-scale farm, specializing in vegetables, herbs, and fresh-cut flowers. We grow a diversity of crops on roughly two-thirds of an acre in beautiful Midway, Utah. Growing food that is nutrient-dense and tastes delicious is just as important to us as producing beautiful vegetables.
Our produce
We grow a wide range of vegetables during three seasons - spring, summer, and fall. Spring produce includes mixed salad greens, arugula, baby bok choy, radishes, salad turnips, scallions, and lettuce. Customers are often surprised that so much can be produced during the chilly spring months, but many types of roots and greens actually thrive in cool weather.

Our produce is available at the Midway Farmers Market and it is served by several local restaurants in Midway and Heber.
